If you need to contact Streamline, our Helpdesk is open:

Monday to Friday 08.00 to 20.00

Please make sure you have your Merchant Number available when calling the Helpdesk.

For your convenience the Streamline Merchant Helpdesk has a touch-tone telephone system. If you key in the option required on your telephone keypad, whenever you can, you will generally get a faster response than waiting for the 'no selection' option.

Option 1 - Customer Service

The Customer Service sub-options are:

  1. Settlements, Invoicing and Processing – If you require assistance to reconcile your terminal totals, Streamline invoice or a banking entry generated by Streamline.
  2. Chargebacks – If you have a query regarding a chargeback (disputed card transaction) or are responding to a Request for Information. Find out more about chargebacks.
  3. Authorisation Code – PLEASE NOTE: Authorisation cannot be obtained via the Helpdesk. You will hear a recorded message reminding you of the number to call for Authorisation service. Find out more about Authorisation.
  4. Stationery orders including tally rolls.
  5. Any other enquiry.

Option 2 - Terminal Support  

The Terminal Support sub-options are:

  1. Polling – If your terminal has failed to poll.
  2. Streamline Mobile – queries regarding our mobile terminals.
  3. Terminal Fault or Installation Query – if your terminal is supplied by Streamline. PLEASE NOTE: If your terminal is not supplied by Streamline, you should contact your terminal provider directly.
  4. All other terminal-related enquiries.

Tally rolls required

If you need more terminal tally rolls for your terminal, you do not need to contact the Streamline Helpdesk. Instead you should contact the Streamline tally rolls order line on:
